Larry O'Brien joined Security
Forces, Inc. in 1971 bringing with him a varied background,
including experience with JC Penney Company, New York City;
Provident National Bank, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and a
tour in the Army where he was an Adjutant General Corps
Officer.
He
earned a BA in Economics from Washington & Jefferson
College and an MBA from Temple University. He is a member of the
American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), Council on
Business Practices, American Management President's
Association, International Security Management Association
(ISMA), and TEC-an international organization of CEO's. He serves on the
Washington & Jefferson College President's Advisory
Council.

Steve Pounds joined Security
Forces, Inc. in 1985 as Controller and was later promoted to
Vice President - Finance in 2000. He worked with
PriceWaterhouseCoopers from 1982-1985 and is a CPA.
He
earned a BS in
Accounting from the University of North Carolina,
Charlotte. He is
a member of the N. C. Association of CPA's, Institute of
Management Accountants, UNC-Charlotte Business Advisory
Council, and the Charlotte Central Lions

Marshall T. Copeland |

President & General Manager |

Marshall Copeland joined SFI
Electronics as Controller in 1980 and has held several
positions, including Manager of Finance and Director of
Operations. He is
currently General Manager and was named Vice President in
1998.
He
worked previously for J. P. Stevens & Co., Inc.,
Charlotte, North Carolina, and Holiday Inns, Corporate
Headquarters, Memphis, Tennessee. He served in the Army
in Vietnam and taught at Troy University, Troy,
Alabama. He
graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina,
Columbia, where he received a BS and an MS in Accounting. He
completed additional graduate work at the University of
Arizona, Tucson. |
