SAFETY Act Designation from Department of Homeland Security |

Effective September 21, 2007, SFI Electronics received a Certificate of SAFETY Act “Designation” from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The SAFETY Act provides liability protections to help promote the creation, deployment and use of anti-terrorism technologies for use in preventing, detecting, identifying, or deterring acts of terrorism or limiting the harm such acts might otherwise cause. |

SFI Electronics worked diligently to achieve SAFETY Act Designation in order to provide both its customers and SFI with additional tort protections against liability threats arising from acts of terrorism.
