SFI Electronics’ Service Information Management System provides customers information on the status of field/equipment repair service orders and related invoices.

SFI customers who wish to use SIMS must have a log-on name and password. Access to SIMS by SFI customers requires approval by a customer representative designated to grant approval in your company.

Customer service order/invoice information is confidential and can be viewed only by approved visitors to the site.
